NOTE – On June 1st we will be increasing our prices by $25 on all levels except Tier 1.

Our pricing structure is flat rate, making it simple for our customers to calculate their costs.  We want to make sure we are competitive and able to meet your needs while ensuring safety for any escort service we provide.

ESCORT VEHICLES:

TIER 1 – SINGLE ESCORT ONLY – Hearse and 2 cars max – $250

TIER 2 –  Two escorts included  –  $400

TIER 3 –  Three escorts included  –  $575

TIER 4 –  Four escorts included  –  $750

TIER 5 – Five escorts included  –  $925

TIER 6 –  Six escorts included  –  $1100

The Tier level prices are for one-way escorts up to 25 miles.  Each additional 25 miles will add $50 per escort driver to the base price.

If you need two-way escort services (i.e. family pickup at home to the church, then church to the cemetery), we will add $50 per escort for the extra time.  (Distance will be calculated on total travel distance from start to finish.)

If there are wait times beyond 1 hour after the requested arrival time or between arriving at a church and leaving on a two-stop escort, an additional fee of $50 per officer per hour will be charged.

If we need to add in additional escorts, they will be booked at $175 per escort.

We are now offering one-way single vehicle escorts for hearses to or from the Atlanta Airport.  The price for this service is $200 flat rate, within a 30 mile radius of the airport.  Any location resulting in mileage beyond 30 miles from the airport will be billed at our travel and fuel fee rates.  NOTE – this service is ONLY for hearses and not other vehicles.

If you need a lead vehicle for your processions (without any traffic control services), we offer that service for $125 flat fee within 25 miles of Acworth, GA.  Additional miles beyond 25 will be charged the travel and fuel fees.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards.  NOTE – For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total unless you use Zelle.

NOTE – Veteran and First Responder Funerals receive a 10% discount off the tier level prices.

We recommend higher tier levels if your procession is larger or going to pass through high-volume traffic areas or on the interstate.
